What are Wi-Fi antennas?

Wi-Fi antennas also can be divided into omnidirectional antennas and directional antennas. Omni-directional antennas have the strongest signal transmission ability in the horizontal direction, so you can place the antenna horizontally to get the best transmission effect.
Directional antennas need to be placed horizontally to get the best transmission effect. In contrast, directional antennas must be placed in the right direction according to the specific application scenarios and transmission requirements.
Applications of Wi-Fi antennas
Wifi antenna is widely used in homes, offices, public places, and other areas that need wireless network coverage. For external antenna devices such as wireless routers, reasonable antenna placement can improve the transmission effect and coverage of wireless signals.

To optimize the wifi coverage at home, you can use an omnidirectional antenna and place it in the center of the home, away from metal objects and walls.
Public places
In open-air places such as cafes and restaurants, omni-directional wifi antennas can provide 360-degree signal coverage to ensure that both customers and employees can receive a stable signal.
