4G Antennas
What are 4G antennas?
A 4G antenna is a device used in wireless communication systems. A 4G antenna is capable of converting energy from high-frequency currents or waveguide methods into electromagnetic waves and transmitting them out in a regular direction, or reducing electromagnetic waves from a specific direction to high-frequency currents.
The 4G antenna is a specialized antenna designed to support the communication needs of 4G networks, capable of receiving and transmitting signals from 4G networks, and is used to provide a stable, high-speed wireless network connection.
In a 4G mobile communication network, the antenna is responsible for converting the user’s data into wireless signals and sending the signals to the surrounding base stations to realize the data transmission. At the same time, the antenna is also responsible for receiving signals from the base station and converting them into data that can be used by the mobile device.
Principle of 4G antennas
The basic principle of a 4G antenna is to transmit data by receiving and transmitting wireless signals. It converts electromagnetic waves into electrical signals or electrical signals into electromagnetic waves to transmit data. 4G antennas use multi-antenna technology, which usually has multiple transmitting and receiving antennas. By utilizing the parallelism of multiple antennas, the quality of the signals and the speed of the transmission can be improved.
4G antenna main features
Wide frequency band
4G antenna can support multi-band operation to adapt to different communication frequency requirements.
Multi-polarization
4G antenna can support different polarization methods, such as vertical polarization, horizontal polarization, and circular polarization, to adapt to different transmission environments and channel conditions.
High-gain
4G antenna has a high gain effect, which can improve the transmission distance and coverage of the signal. High gain can effectively reduce signal loss and improve the reception sensitivity of the system.
Low-profile
4G antennas are usually designed with a low profile for easy installation in various environments, such as buildings, vehicles, and mobile devices.
Multi-beam
4G antennas are capable of multi-beam technology, which means that signals can be transmitted and received in multiple directions simultaneously. This improves spectrum utilization and system capacity and reduces signal interference.
4G antenna performance parameters and technical indicators
The performance parameters of a 4G antenna include direction, gain, and power. Gain is one of the important parameters of a 4G antenna system, and the gain of the omnidirectional radiator is the field strength in that direction. Polarization is the radiation characteristic that describes the spatial direction of the electromagnetic field strength vector, and there are usually two kinds of horizontal polarization and vertical polarization.
The working frequency bands of 4G antenna include 700MHz, 800MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz, 2300MHz, 2500~2600MHz, 2690MHz, and many other frequency bands, which are mainly used to ensure that mobile terminals can receive and send data.
